Installation and related services may depend on room readiness, site access, electrical service, network connectivity, construction, shielding, permitting, regulatory approvals, equipment condition, shipping, scheduling, and other factors.

Customers are responsible for satisfying responsibilities assigned to them in the applicable proposal or agreement, including construction, utilities, access, permitting, regulatory compliance, site preparation, and coordination with independent professionals when required.

Training and support are provided according to the scope stated in the applicable written agreement. Training does not replace professional education, clinical judgment, manufacturer instructions, licensing requirements, or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Financing

Financing may be available through independent third-party providers.

Credit decisions, interest rates, payment requirements, documentation, approval criteria, and financing terms are determined solely by the applicable financing provider.
